Fresh fruit and nut Butter

One of the healthiest snacks is fruit, but sometimes it doesn't seem as exciting and a bar of chocolate. You can make it more fun by chopping up your fruit of choice and serving it with some nut butter, for example apple and peanut butter, this comes to just 96 calories and has lots of nutritional value.

Low-fat Greek yoghurt

Greek yoghurt is one of the healthiest yoghurts you can get, especially low fat versions if you’re trying to lose weight. They contain a large amount of protein and are low in calories too.

Some find that Greek yoghurt can be a bit boring when it's on its own. One way to make it extra delicious is adding fruit, frozen fruit heated up in the microwave for a minute creates a fruity syrup making it even better!

A 100g serving of low-fat Greek yoghurt is usually around 70 calories and has 5g of protein, giving you 30 extra calories for some fruit e.g., 50g of blueberries is just 28 calories (another snack idea if you don’t fancy the yoghurt).
