Hello and welcome to Tobias Talks.
Today is a special edition of Tobias Talks as it is my birthday, today I turn 32.
I have taken it a bit easier this week, although I have been working hard when I'm in the gym, I have been fewer times than normal, only three times this week.
For the rest of this week I will be relaxing HARD. I will be resting, recuperating and weather permitting riding my motorbike.
So I don't have much else to add to this entry, but thank you so much for reading.
