Hello and welcome back to Tobias Talks.

I'm back from my trip away, I can honestly say, if you live in the UK, you'll be just fine in Iceland, it's basically the same temperature.

I went out and bought thermal base layers and didn't need them once, and like the other Northern European countries i've visited, Norway and Estonia, the indoor temperatures are off the charts! I genuinely think that English people are just more comfortable being a bit chilly.

But indoor volcanos aside, I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful country.

But now, i'm back on my drip.

Lots of walking and healthy eating, I'm just as determined as ever and ready to kick some ass. I have no real update regarding current weight apart from Heavy AF. Time to shift the fat and put on the muscle. My goal date is my birthday, 3rd of April. I don't imagine I will hit my goal by then but I am interested to see how close I can get!
